At RULERS + RIOT, our pieces are released in limited quantities. Please review product descriptions, sizing information and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
United States Orders
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind.
We do, however, offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed and unaltered
- Free from stains, fragrances, deodorant marks or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Because our releases are limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or item will be available. If the requested exchange is unavailable, please contact us to discuss the available options.
United Kingdom Orders
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
For most eligible online purchases, UK customers have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
After notifying us, you must return the eligible item within the required timeframe. Items should be returned in their original condition. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.
Please contact info@rulersxriot.com before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@rulersxriot.com as soon as possible.
Please include your:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging where relevant
We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Preorders
Items marked PREORDER are not ready-to-ship items.
Estimated fulfilment or shipping windows will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.
Production and delivery estimates may occasionally change. If there is a significant delay, we’ll provide an update using the email address associated with your order.
Any cancellation or refund rights applicable to a preorder will depend on the customer’s location and applicable law.
Return Shipping
Please contact us before sending a return or exchange.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
Do not send returns to an address found online or on your original parcel without first receiving return instructions from us.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
