When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
United States
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom
Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
If you’re located outside these countries, please email info@rulersxriot.com before placing an order. We’ll confirm whether we’re able to fulfil your order and provide a shipping quote.
Can I return my order?
Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rulersxriot.com.
Include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Most RULERS + RIOT releases are produced in limited quantities.
Unless stated otherwise, once a product sells out, it will not be restocked.
How do your caps fit?
The RR-001 Distressed Cap features an adjustable strap, allowing for a comfortable fit for most head sizes.
Product measurements and additional sizing information will be listed on each product page where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered processing, we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

RULERS + RIOT releases are intentionally produced in limited quantities to maintain quality, craftsmanship and exclusivity. Once a release is gone, it may not return.
